Doodles Olive Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Pimiento-stuffed olives - drained, chop coarse | |
| 3 | Celery - chopped | |
| 2 | Carrots - grated | |
| 2 | Garlic - finely chopd | |
| 1 | Diced pimiento - drained | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Capers - drained | 
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Red wine vinegar | 
Combine all ingredients; cover and chill. Store remaining salad in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Yield: 7 cups.
