Corn Meal Dough Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Corn meal |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
8 cups | 1896ml | Water |
2 | Eggs - well beaten | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
Add corn meal and salt to water in pot. Bring to boil and cook over medium heat until thick, 5-10 minutes. Add eggs and butter. Stir well.
