3 teaspoons | 15ml | Grapefruit (large) |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Oranges (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mango - diced (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red onion - (peeled and diced) (small) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red pepper - julienne (small) |
1 | Yellow pepper - julienne | |
1 | Chile pepper - julienne (large) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze the juice. Combine cut grapefruit, oranges, mango, red onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and oil. Toss carefully.
Serving Ideas : Serve over fish, chicken or pork.
