Tropical Fruit Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Firm-ripe mango - peeled and diced | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh pineapple - diced |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Honeydew - diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Red bell pepper - diced |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Seasoned rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro - minced |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed red pepper flakes |
In a bowl, mix mango, pineapple, honeydew, bell pepper, vinegar, cilantro, and red pepper flakes.
Makes 3 1/2 cups.
