1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped fresh mint |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Thai fish sauce or soy - sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
Drain chopped cucumber; mix in remaining ingredients; reserve.
Makes 4-6 servings.
