Table Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Whole tomatoes - red, ripe,, chopped | |
1 | Chili - jalapeno, chopped | |
1/2 | Onion - small, chopped | |
6 oz | 170g | Tomato paste |
1 | Chilipetin pepper, minced | |
1/2 | Garlic - clove, raw | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper - black |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
Mix all ingredients, adding seasonings last, in a blender. Mix for desired thickness. Salsa will keep for a week refrigerated in a closed container. use glass jars or plastic containers.
