Sweet And Hot Chili Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Fresh chilies - seeded and (small) | |
Sliced | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
2 | Limes - juice of | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice vinegar |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | To 5 tbs sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Nam pla - (fish sauce) |
Put all ingredients into a saucepan.
Mix well, then bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until mixture is reduced by half.
Remove from heat.
Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
