| 1 | Mexican tomatoes | |
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro | 
| 3 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - minced (small) | 
| 1/4 | Lime - juiced | |
| 1 | Jalapeno - seeded and chopped | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt | 
| Black pepper - to taste | 
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
