4   Tomatoes - peeled and seeded
8   Scallions
5   Pickled jalapenos - minced
4 sections  Cilantro - minced
1   Salt and pepper to taste
4   Garlic - minced
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
4   Medium-size ripe tomatoes
3   Green onions, green part, minced
5   Pickled jalapenos, minced
4 sections  Cilantro, minced
  Salt and pepper to taste
4   Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until they form a thick sauce.

Chill and serve.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups
