Salsa From My Mom Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Tomatoes - peeled and chopped (medium) | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar | 
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - finely chopped | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard seed | 
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - finely chopped | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cilantro seed - crushed | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bell pepper - finely chopped | 
| Or | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil | 
| Fresh cilantro leaves | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green chiles - finely chopped | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally.
Serve with corn chips.
