Salsa From Canned Ingredients Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Whole tomatoes - chopped | |
| 1/2 | Chopped Ortega chili peppers | |
| 1 | Yellow banana peppers - chopped, up to 2 | |
| 1 | Canned jalapeno peppers - up to 2 | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil - (or salad oil) | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped onion | 
| 1 | Tabasco sauce | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | 
Chop all ingredients and place in covered bowl in refrigerator to marinate flavors.
Keeps for a week.
