Salsa Frita (Fried Sauce) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Sized tomatoes - peeled (medium) | |
1 | Onion (small) | |
1 | Garlic | |
1 | Canned chili serrano | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt - or less |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
Grind veggies together, add salt and fry in olive oil over low flame about five minutes.
Serve hot.
