1 cup | 237ml | Tomato juice - canned |
1 1/2 | Whole tomatoes - fresh | |
1/2 | Onions - raw, chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cilantro - fresh, chopped |
1 | Chilies - jalapeno, finely minced | |
1 | Chilies - serrano, finely minced | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 | Garlic - clove, raw, finely chopped | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Sugar |
Blend together well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
