Salsa Cruda (Raw Tomato Sauce) Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Tomatoes - chopped, with skins | |
2 | Green onions - chopped, green tops too | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped white or yellow onion |
2 | Jalapeno peppers if you like it hot | |
2 | Anaheim or other type of long green pepper | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 | Tabasco sauce | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh cilantro leaves |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Combine all the ingredients.
