2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomatoes - peeled and (large) |

1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lime juice - chopped. |
2 | Fresh Anaheim chiles - seeded | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced fresh cilantro - and chopped. |
5 | Green onions - chopped. | |
Half - not 1 to 2!) | ||
2 | Fresh jalapeno pepper | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt. |
In lidded jar, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour.
May be stored for about 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.
Makes about 2 cups.
