Salsa Cruda (Fresh Salsa)

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlTomatoes - peeled and (large)
  And chopped - chopped.
4   Tomatillos - husked and
1 teaspoon 5mlFresh lime juice - chopped.
2   Fresh Anaheim chiles - seeded
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced fresh cilantro - and chopped.
5   Green onions - chopped.
  Half - not 1 to 2!)
2   Fresh jalapeno pepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt.

Recipe Instructions

In lidded jar, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour.

May be stored for about 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.

Makes about 2 cups.
