3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
4 | Garlic - minced | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Chili powder |
4 | Jalapenos - diced | |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Diced tomatoes |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomato paste |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Beer |
In non-aluminum pan, melt the butter over medium low heat.
Add the garlic, chili powder, and jalapenos. Sautee until the chili powder begins to foam.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat.
Yield: approx. 3 cups.
