Salsa - For Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - diced (medium) |
2 | Garlic - crushed | |
2 | Tomatoes - seed, chop (medium) | |
2 | Jalapenos - seeded, chopped | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cumin |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalapenos, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well.
Cover with wax paper. Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.
