7 oz | 198g | Chopped green chiles |

1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
Hot pepper sauce or | ||
Jalapenos chopped |
Combine tomatoes, chiles, onions, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Add hot pepper sauce or chopped jalapenos to taste.
Makes about 1 1/2 quarts of salsa.
