1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice - seeded/diced |
3 | Jalapeno - deveined | |

1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - red, chopped |
Pepper - black |
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, onion, coriander and lime juice. Just before serving, season with pinch sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Makes about 2 cups.
