Red Pepper Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Pepper red bell chopped fine |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion minced |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sambal oelek - or to taste |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Tomatoes seeded - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil - olive |
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Makes about 2 cups
Store for short periods in the refrigerator.
Serve with chicken, beef, or blue corn tortilla chips.
