1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Minced fresh cilantro - (pack) |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Minced fresh ripe tomatoes |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Minced parsley - (packed) |
Black pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
For a finer consistency, give the mixture a brief whirl or two in a food processor or blender.
