1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozFresh pineapple - diced
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozRed bell pepper - minced
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozGreen bell pepper - minced
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozRed onion - minced
1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozFresh cilantro - minced
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lime juice
2 1/2 teaspoons 12mlJalapeno - seeded and minced
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlLime peel - grated and minced

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt.
