5 cups | 312g / 11oz | Tomatoes - seeded, peeled>>> |
Finely chopped | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pickled jalapenos including> |
Some pickling juice | ||
1 | Onion - finely chopped | |
1 | Green onion - finely chopped | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cilantro - finely chopped |
Chop each ingredient by hand, or separately in food processor.
Combine all the ingredients, adding salt to taste. Allow to stand for about 1 hr to allow flavors to blend.
Stir well before serving.
Yield: Approx. 5 cups
