Persimmon-Cilantro Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozChopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlMinced red onion
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lime juice
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced jalapeno pepper
2   Ripe persimmons - (10 ounces)
  Peeled and coarsely chopped

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill.

Yield: 3/4 cup (serving size: 1/4 cup).
