| Sweet peppers | ||
| Hot peppers | ||
| Celery stalk | ||
| 3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Sugar |
| 5 tablespoons | 75ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard |
| 1 | White wine vinegar | |
| 1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Whole pickling spice |
| (in cheesecloth bag) |
Chop all vegetables and put in a large pickling pot.
Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 3 hours or longer if you want it thicker.
