Peggy's Mom's Chili Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

12   Basket of tomatoes
  Good sized onions
  Sweet peppers
  Hot peppers
  Celery stalk
3 lbs 1362g / 48ozSugar
5 tablespoons 75mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlMustard
1   White wine vinegar
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozWhole pickling spice
  (in cheesecloth bag)

Recipe Instructions

Chop all vegetables and put in a large pickling pot.

Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 3 hours or longer if you want it thicker.
