Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozPeeled - chopped peaches
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozChopped red onions
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped yellow or green pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon or lime juice
2 teaspoons 10mlSnipped fresh cilantro - parsley, or basil
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
1   Ground red pepper

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, stir everything together.

Cover and chill for up to 6 hours.

Makes 1 1/4 cups.
