Peach Salsa - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Peach - ripe, peeled and diced |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - red, diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Bell pepper - red, diced |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chiles serranos - minced |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Mint - fresh, minced |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ginger - fresh, grated |
Combine all ingredients.
Let flavors mellow for 30 minutes and serve.
