Papaya-Pineapple Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup 109g / 3.8ozRipe papaya - diced
3/4 cup 109g / 3.8ozFresh pineapple - diced
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozDiced jicama
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped red onion
1   Chili pepper - serrano or
  Seeded and minced
1   Garlic clove - minced
2 teaspoons 10mlLime zest
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh lime juice
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced cilantro

Recipe Instructions

Combine papaya, pineapple, jicama, red onion, chili pepper, garlic, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro. cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

For best flavor and texture, do not make more than 2 hours before serving.
