Papaya Salsa - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Papaya - peeled, seeded, (large) finely chopped |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Seeded tomatoes - finely chopped |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Peeled seeded cucumber - finely chopped |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Finely chopped green onion |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Seeded jalapeno chili - finely chopped |
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips.
