Orange Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Oranges - peeled (Florida) (large) pith removed and diced | |
| 1 | Tomato - seeded and diced (large) | |
| 1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Minced red onion |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated orange peel |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced ginger root |
| 1/2 | Jalapeno chili pepper minced fine | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh cilantro |
In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cilantro and chill, covered, until ready to serve.
Before serving, stir in the cilantro.
