14 1/2 oz | 411g | Red gold tomatoes |
1 oz | 28g | Hand fresh cilantro or (large) |
1 | Large onion | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry cilantro |
3 | Banana peppers - (not (3 to 4) | |
1/2 | Garlic - hot!) |
Put into blender and blast until its chopped up real good. This makes about a pound of salsa.
In fact it fits into an empty Sam's Choice Salsa jar just fine. She also sometimes puts green peppers into the recipe which doesn't make it hot either.
This recipe satisfies my need for salsa, however, I like it hot sometimes myself.
