Mexican Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Tomato sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Crushed red chili |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 2 | Garlic cloves - minced (or | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder) |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vinegar |
| 1 | Juice of half a lemon |
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand for 3 hours.
Excellent with tacos or as a dip for tortilla chips.
