Mango-Lime Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Mangos - peeled, pitted, diced | |
1 | Red onion - diced | |
1/2 | Red bell pepper - seeded, diced | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 | Jalapeno - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cumin seeds - roasted and ground |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cilantro - fresh, finely chopped |
Salt and black pepper to taste |
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Salsa will keep in refrigerator for 2 days.
