Mango Tequila Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Mango - peeled and diced |
2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Red bell pepper - chopped fine |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tequila |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Jalapeno - seeded and minced |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mint - chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill.
Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
