1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Mango - diced |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Red pepper - diced |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Red onion - diced |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro - fresh, chopped |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lime juice - fresh |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Jalapeno - minced |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt and pepper |
Combine and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
