Kiwifruit Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Ripe kiwifruit - diced |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped red onion |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped red capsicum |
1 | Garlic - crushed | |
1/2 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Basil leaves - chopped |
1 | Serrano - chopped | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
Salt to taste |
Combine all ingredients, stirring gently.
Refrigerate for up to 24 hours in a covered container before serving.
