1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pineapple - peeled and chopped |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Mango - peeled and chopped |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Yellow or red bell pepper - chopped |
2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Kiwi fruit - peeled and chopped |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Red onion - finely chopped |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Fresh cilantro - finely chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Serrano chili with seeds - minced |
Ground white pepper |
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with white pepper and salt.
Makes 4 cups
