Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozPineapple - peeled and chopped
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozMango - peeled and chopped
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozYellow or red bell pepper - chopped
2/3 cup 97g / 3.4ozKiwi fruit - peeled and chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozRed onion - finely chopped
1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozFresh cilantro - finely chopped
1 teaspoon 5mlFresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSerrano chili with seeds - minced
  Ground white pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with white pepper and salt.

Makes 4 cups
