Honeydew Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Chopped honeydew melon |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped white onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced jalapeno |
Combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for 15 minutes.
