Guacamole (Mexican Style) Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Avocados - chopped (large) | |
1 | Med-sized onion - peeled and chopped | |
1 | Med-sized tomato - peeled and chopped | |
2 | Chilies - chopped (small) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt - or less. |
Mix all ingredients until creamy.
Keep covered to prevent oxidation and browning.
