Green Chili Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil or lard |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 | Garlic - (optional) | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced green chili |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Minced onion - (optional) |
1 | Salt to taste | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
In oil in a heavy saucepan, sautee garlic and onion. Blend in flour with wooden spoon. Add water and green chili. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
