Gingered Mango Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 | Jalapeno seeded and finely | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh ginger - finely chopped |
| 1 | Salt | |
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cloves |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic clove - finely chopped (small) |

| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Mango - peeled and diced |
Combine ingredients and let stand for one hour in refrigerator.
Serve at room temperature.
