Garden-Fresh Summer Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Diced tomatoes - - (about 3 large) |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Fresh corn kernels |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Diced English hothouse - cucumber |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Sliced green onions |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Diced green bell pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plus 2 tbsp olive oil |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped fresh cilantro |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic cloves - minced (large) |
1 | Jalapeno chile - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin |
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
