Fresh Peach Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
3 1/2 cups | 511g / 18oz | Peeled peaches - diced |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Red onion - diced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro - finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Jalapeno pepper - minced, seeded |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Garlic - minced |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill.
Yield: 3-1/2 cups
