3 cups | 711ml | Pineapple - finely dice |
1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Chopped fresh cilantro |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Sliced green onions |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fresh lemon juice |
3 | Jalapeno chilies | |
6 | Garlic - finely | |
Seed and finely | ||
Chop |
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine gently until evenly mixed.
Serve 1/2 cup salsa per serving with grilled or broiled fish or chicken.
