2/3 cup 97g / 3.4ozChopped fresh apricots =or=-
1   Apricots - drained and
  Chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
1/4 cup 59mlApricot preserves
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozTomato - chopped (medium)
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon 5mlFinely chopped gingerroot
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCinnamon

Recipe Instructions

Combine; mix well. Chill until serving time.

Makes 2 cups.
