El Charro Salsa De Chile Verde (Chunky Green Sauce)

Recipe Ingredients

2		Garlic
6		Ripe tomatoes - chopped
6		Green chiles - roast, peel, chop
1		White onion - chopped (medium)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt - or to taste
1 teaspoon	5ml	Pepper
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vinegar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Oil
1		Cilantro - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients, including cilantro, if desired, and toss.

Chill before serving.

Yield: 2 cups
