Chunky Tomato-Citrus Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Chopped ripe tomato |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped fresh |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped honeydew melon |
Cilantro | ||
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped fresh pineapple or |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 | Crushed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
Pineapple - drained | ||
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
Serve as a relish for grilled fish or meat.
Makes 1 1/4 Cups
