Black Bean Salsa - 3 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Black beans - rinsed and drained | |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Seeded - chopped tomato |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 | Serrano pepper - seeded and chopped | |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Let stand one hour.
