| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mango - ripe, peeled and cubed |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Papaya - peeled and diced |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Pineapple - cubed |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Red onion - diced |
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Black beans - canned, rinsed and drained |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Habanero pepper sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cilantro - fresh, minced |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice - fresh |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin - ground |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper - freshly ground |
| 1 | Garlic - minced |
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to coat.
Yield: 4 cups (serving size: 1 cup salsa).
