Avocado Salsa Cruda

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozFinely diced avocado
1 1/2 cups 355mlPeeled - seeded, finely
2   Chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozRed onion - diced
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozDiced jalapeno - fine
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozDiced bell pepper - fine
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFresh parsley - chopped
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlSugar
  Salt

Recipe Instructions

Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor. Mix together in a non-aluminum bowl. Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the seasonings if necessary. Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving.
